I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. We used up the turkey yesterday and it's probably about time to throw out the leftover sweet potatoes. I even made my mother's turkey soup recipe yesterday, so that will be dinner tonight. We went out to a matinee of Enchanted yesterday. It was a really cute Disney movie, and even my husband enjoyed it.

Does anyone have snow yet? We saw our first snowflake on Saturday, but now it is pouring rain, though the wind chill has it below freezing. Brrr. It was hard to see on my commute home.

I finally did a little writing this morning after way too many days off. I'm 2/3 of the way through on the first draft of an erotic novella. Hopefully I will get it done. I usually have fits and starts when I'm mostly pantsing. I had a 1/2 page synopsis when I started but that's not enough for more than a short story, so I've had a lot of fleshing out to do and even ended up with an 'is he a vampire or not?' story question thrown in. Even I'm not sure what the answer is yet!

I can't believe my third novel, Gunshot Grange is releasing next week. This time last year I was doing revisions on it before submitting to my editor. I did the final edits a couple of days ago, so it's ready to go out into the world!

Just received news from my editor that my first "novel" length erotic romance will be out on April 25th. Recreating John Doe is my first foray into longer science fiction too. I've had one sci-fi short story published. Unfortunately that means it will be about seven months between my Anh Leod releases, but there are two Heather Hiestands out in between.

Happy Monday!
