It's fun to have a new book released! I spent most of day the chatting on line and getting congratulations emails back from friends and people who subscribe to my newsletter. I uploaded the fancier version that has my book cover and artwork by my sister, Katie Hiestand, that wouldn't go through Yahoo, so if you subscribe now you can look it up in the Yahoo Group under Files.
    I'm hoping Eilis can use her more sophisticated publishing professional tools to get our newsletter looking nice when it is her turn the next two months to have releases, before I'm back on deck for four straight months of book, novella and short story releases, sometimes more than one a month!
   Then, when my husband got home from work, we went out to dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant to celebrate with friends. And what do I come home to, but an offer to buy a science fiction short story from a new press! I was so happy I nearly burst, because this particular story is close to my heart. It was a perfect end to a perfect release day.
