The proof just keeps coming

I received my signed contract for Cards Never Lie today. It's official! I sent off my request to be a provisional PAN member today, which is the Published Author Network for the Romance Writer's of America. I wonder what the secret published handshake will turn out to be! <g>
I'm working on the edits for the book. I have 50 pages more to go with the copy edits before I actually have to read every word and fix things like Point of View, which apparently isn't as pure as this publishing company prefers. I didn't think I hopped heads too often, but when I edited the first draft of my next Victoriana story today, I noticed I did headhop once in my 32 page draft, so I guess I do it! I also will be reading the style guide for Cerridwen Press tomorrow, so I don't miss any rules. I have to know this stuff before I submit the next project.
Another thing I have to do right now is think about marketing both the book and my anthology story in Holiday In The Heart. I just signed up to do a librarian meet-and-greet in Seattle. That will be my first outing. I have bookmarks coming as well. Then I'll have to look into the Romance Sells pamphlet, and of course Romantic Times magazine. Lots of decisions have to be made, and they all cost time and or money. But I've already learned the hard way that you have to be ready. I already scrambled to come up with something to advertise immediately, since I don't have bookmarks ready yet.
What kind of marketing items would you actually keep? Bookmarks? Tip sheets? Health information? Notepads? I need some suggestions!
